Caroline Scott, the top-seeded player for the Waccamaw Academy girls tennis team, competes in last Thursday’s match with visiting Flora Macdonald at the Whiteville City Parks courts. The Lady Warriors won the match 8-1 to close their regular season schedule with a 7-5 record. They will compete in NCISAA state 1A tournament play Friday and Saturday at Wilson.
