Public invited to celebrity lunch, Pecan Harvest Queens’ crowning

Tickets are still available for this year’s N.C. Pecan Harvest Festival Celebrity luncheon, to be held on Friday, Nov. 3.

Editor in Chief of Our State magazine, Vicky P. Jarrett, will be the guest of honor at the luncheon. The public is invited to attend.

All tickets for the luncheon must be acquired by tomorrow, Friday, Oct. 27. They can be purchased by calling Suzanne King at 642-9732 or Sarah Thompson at 642-2015.

The cost of tickets varies according to event. Luncheon only tickets are $20. Luncheon and home tour tickets are $25.

Home tour only tickets are $10 and can be purchased all the way through Nov. 3 at the Reuben Brown House.

The public is also invited to attend the crowning of the 14th Annual N.C. Pecan Harvest Festival court, Sunday, Oct. 29, at 3:00 p.m. at the Old Dock Community Center.
