Wilcox watch

Chris Wilcox

The Seattle SupeSonics closed out a seven-game NBA homestand with a 102-100 win over the Minnesota Timberwolves on Friday and a 98-76 loss to the Los Angeles Clippers on Sunday. Former Whiteville High and University of Maryland standout Wilcox came across with another double-double in Friday’s victory, scoring 15 points and grabbing 10 rebounds. In Sunday’s loss, the Sonics experienced their lowest scoring output of the season and Wilcox was limited to six points and two rebounds. The Sonics, now holding a 17-27 record, will close the month the same way they started it - with Tuesday and Wednesday games at Dallas and Houston.
