The Riegelwood Dixie Youth Baseball League will play host to the DY District II AAA (ages 10-under) Tournament June 30-July 6.

The event will also include a supplemental tournament (minor league) tournament.

The seven team double- elimination AAA tournament will begin Saturday with Chadbourn taking on Bladen County at 3 p.m. At 5, Columbus County will take the field against South Columbus. The 7 o’clock nightcap will have Nakina going against Whiteville Optimist.
Host Riegelwood has drawn the opening-round bye.

The District 2 AAA Tournament winner will advance to the North Carolina Dixie Youth Baseball Tournament that will be held July 14-21 at Eden.

The supplemental tournament will get underway on Saturday at 4 p.m. with Whiteville squaring off with Columbus County. Nakina and Bladenboro will meet at 6.
