Former Whiteville High basketball star Chris Wilcox pulled a rare 20-20 last Wednesday night with and astounding 27 points and 22 rebounds in the Seattle SuperSonics’ 108-106 loss NBA loss to the Washington Wizards. On Friday, Wilcox helped pace the Sonics to a 85-82 win over the Minnesota Timeberwolves with 16 points and 12 rebounds. On Sunday, the 6-10 Wilcox had 14 points and nine boards in a 120-79 loss to San Antonio.
