Partial building collapse

A worker with Progress Energy walks past the scene of a construction accident at Top Tobacco in Lake Waccamaw Tuesday afternoon. A section of wall in a building under construction fell on the side of the main building, causing a corner of it to collapse. No one was reported injured. See story in our printed edition.
