Working on the railroad

Keith Turbeville guides a bolster in place on a set of railroad car wheels at Carolina Southern Railroad in Chadbourn Wednesday. Each set of wheels weighs 3,500 pounds, and the bolster is solid steel, so Turbeville lets a forklift do the heavy lifting.
